Cash Prices:

$100 for Regular Visit
$125 for Extended Visit

Cash Prices are listed for payment at the time of the visit. Any Self Pay person that does not pay at the time of the visit will be processed through our biller, Allegiant Medical Billing, and the price for the visit will increase to insurance rate price, this is dependent upon diagnosis and CPT codes.

INSURANCES ON OR IN PROCESS:

This list includes insurances Dr. Akey has contracts with, some specific plans within these companies may not be in-network with Dr. Akey. We recommend you contact your insurance company and check with them if Dr. Akey is in-network with your specific plan. Any out-of-network plans will be switched to self pay and will be the patient’s/guardian’s responsibility.
